Cancer Care Ontario is piloting a patient experience survey at four cancer centres across the province. It’s an exciting initiative as it is the first time Cancer Care Ontario is surveying patients about their experience in real time. Hearing from patients about their visit will help Cancer Care Ontario to understand what is important to patients in an effort to improve the overall experience.

Your Voice Matters.
If you have recently visited the London Regional Cancer Program, we invite you to take part in this initiative by completing a short online survey about your visit. Your important feedback will help us to assess and improve the patient experience over time. All responses are anonymous and will be kept confidential. The survey consists of approximately 30 questions and will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
