Physicians Bring Holiday Cheer to London Regional Cancer Program

Monday, December 17, 2012

Seven physicians at London Health Sciences Centre’s London Regional Cancer Program performed a special Christmas concert for staff, patients and visitors Thursday to celebrate the festive season.
Members of “The Clinic Notes” are medical oncologists Dr. Kylea Potvin (soprano), Dr. Muriel Brackstone (alto), Dr. Scott Ernst (baritone), Dr. Alex Louie (tenor), Dr. Michael Sanatani (cello), Dr. Maria Parent (alto) and radiation oncologist, Dr. David D’Souza (piano).

The group, which has been together for the past five years, has featured various physicians and has become a special holiday tradition. “The theme of our performance is hope, and what better time to share that message than Christmas?” says Dr. Scott Ernst. “This performance gives us the opportunity to share a part of who we are that our patients and staff would not normally have a chance to see. We appreciate having the chance to share the spirit of the season with our patients and staff.”

Watch "The Clinic Notes" perform Jingle Bells and Let it Snow.
