The Screening Activity Report (SAR) provides patient enrolment model (PEM) primary care physicians with a supplementary tool for improving their cancer screening rates and appropriate follow-up for breast, cervical, and colorectal cancer screening.
How to Register for the SAR
The SAR uses e-Health Ontario's ONE® ID to authenticate users. To register, send your registration requests to: [email protected]. Please include your name and CPSO number in your email request.
